Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, advising job applicants, and organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and advise management on recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate with job applicants, arrange interviews, and notify them of selection results.
  • Develop and implement staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Organize staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with managers to determine eligibility for entitlements and benefits.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
