Human Resources Manager

INCAN BUILDERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure fair compensation and benefits.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage contracts and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Recruit and hire staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure employee development and growth.
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR management.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
