Human Resources Manager

INCAN BUILDERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including benefits and compensation.
- Employee Engagement: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
