Regional Sales Director

Pandora, the world's largest jewelry company, offers a unique opportunity for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. This role is responsible for driving revenue and sales performance in a designated region across all physical channels of distribution.
About Pandora NAMThe Pandora North America team consists of over 100 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional in field positions, and more than 3,500 in our owned and operated stores. Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, basic life and AD&D, anniversary gift cards, recognition program, and product discounts.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue and sales performance across all physical channels of distribution in a designated region.
- Managing the relationship with wholesale partners and directly managing Store Managers from O&O concept stores.
- Developing and implementing business plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field, or equivalent working experience.
- 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience.
- Retail and wholesale experience.
- Value-based leadership skills with a proven ability and passion to coach and develop talent.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with the planning and execution capabilities to grow the business in the short and long-term.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
This role requires up to 80% travel based upon geography.
