As a District Manager, Outside Sales, you will be responsible for selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily with internal partners and clients to provide expert guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • Agile solution seeker with problem-solving skills and ability to find answers in times of fast-paced change.
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
