Our District Sales Managers play a key role in driving strategic growth for the region, developing and mentoring a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. They leverage their expertise to maintain and grow key accounts, while setting up their team for success.

They are passionate about leading teams and recognize that when everyone succeeds, Federated Insurance succeeds. Working closely with senior leadership, they are responsible for their region's strategic plan, budget, and recruitment strategy.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Excels at leading, not just managing
  • Can develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share
  • Is an expert in their field

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (college or university)
  • 5 years of experience in insurance
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver high performance
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Team-first mentality
