Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at AD HOSPITALITY GROUP INC. as part of our culinary leadership team.
About the Role:The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in our kitchens. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of chefs and cooks to ensure the highest quality of food is prepared and presented.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to keep our culinary offerings fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
- Work closely with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers and suppliers to source fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure our menu offerings remain competitive.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong culinary background and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
