Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Coordinator with Accor Hotel, you will play a key role in showcasing your exceptional interpersonal skills and representing the Canadian Western Mountain Region, comprising Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Fairmont Banff Springs, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support all aspects of sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract management.
  • Process proposals and contracts as required, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Lead specific marketing initiatives involving revenue streams, driving growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Participate in site inspections, familiarization tours, trade shows, and functions within the hotel, as required, and in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team, Catering, Conventions, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and other key areas within the hotel and region.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve systems and procedures, consistently delivering professional and engaging service.

Qualifications

  • One year of experience in a hotel environment, ideally within Sales, Reservations, Conference Services, or Front Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering and Property Manager is an asset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
