Regional Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Coordinator at AccorHotel, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our Canadian Western Mountain Region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support all aspects of sales activities, including taking initial inquiries, generating leads, proposals, blocking space, referrals, and contracts.
- Process proposals and contracts as required.
- Coordinate specific marketing initiatives involving Revenue Streams.
- After appropriate training and development, participate in site inspections, familiarization tours, trade shows, and functions within the hotel as required and in the absence of the Sales Manager.
- Be an effective team player within the Sales team of Canada's Western Mountain Region and with other team members in Catering and Conventions, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and other key areas within the hotel and the region.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve systems and procedures while consistently offering professional and engaging service.
Requirements:
- One year's experience in a hotel environment, ideally within Sales, Reservations, Conference Services, or Front Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering / Opera Sales Force Automation and Property Manager are assets.
- Ability to meet deadlines working in a fast-paced environment.
