Petro-Canada is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Compiling data and statistics to support business decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and inventory management.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
