Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Inventory Management
Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demand and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
Cash Handling and Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Staff Management and DevelopmentLead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Customer Service and RelationsEnsure that customers receive exceptional service and respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns.
Marketing and PromotionsDevelop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
