We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our menu is appealing to our customers and that our kitchen is running efficiently.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service, including addressing their complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Team ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff and ensuring that they are meeting our high standards.
Work EnvironmentAs a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Crossroads Foods, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet customer demand and deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
SkillsYou will need to have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player. You will also need to be able to negotiate with suppliers and clients, and have a client-focused approach.
