Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Inventory Management
Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and drive sales growth. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Staff Management and TrainingLead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to meet customer needs.
Customer Service and RelationsEnsure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns. Foster strong relationships with regular customers to drive loyalty and retention.
Financial ManagementManage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial records. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
