Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to stand for extended periods. You must be able to work effectively in a team and be flexible to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
