Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that they are profitable and aligned with our business goals.
Cash Handling and Inventory ManagementManage cash handling and inventory procedures to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.
Staff Supervision and DevelopmentSupervise and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
Customer Service and RelationsEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is operating in a safe and healthy environment, and that all health and safety regulations are being met.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
Personal QualitiesClient focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
