Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Fieldshare. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, manage mail and packages, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
