Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key control.
- Supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on front desk operations and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
