Job Title: Front Desk Sales Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and performing sales transactions.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our products and services to promote sales and drive business growth.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
- 2 years of work experience in hospitality, beauty, or luxury.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with proper telephone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Work Environment:
This position is located in Brossard, Quebec, CA. Available to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
