**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide clerical support services within various government departments and Health PEI. The successful candidate will possess excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Receive, screen, and redirect telephone calls, prioritizing and relaying messages as needed
* Collect and deposit money, reconcile accounts, and post receipts and disbursements to accounts using a computerized accounting system
* Prepare and enter data into the payroll system to meet pay period deadlines
* Maintain files, including securing and storing files and destroying when applicable
* Provide other clerical and reception duties, including photocopying, filing, computer data entry, typing minutes, memos, and reports

**Requirements**

* Successful completion of a clerical support testing process
* High degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
