Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Government of Prince Edward Island. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support services to various government departments and Health PEI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Receive and respond to incoming inquiries, arrange appointments, and make referrals as needed.
  • Perform word processing duties, including typing and drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and file systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
