About Ami's Kitchen Inc

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Ami's Kitchen Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability.

Operations Planning

Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. Ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently to meet customer demands.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members. Set staff work schedules and ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional dining experience. Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary supplies are available when needed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset. Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
