About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
