Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenues, control labor costs, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and local advertising.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
