Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Brar Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and physically demanding.
