**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and manage kitchen operations
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Hire and manage food service staff
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Address customer complaints or concerns
* Prepare and submit reports

**Work Environment**

* Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Collaborate with a team of 3-4 people
* Work a regular schedule of 30 hours per week

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
* Equivalent experience may be considered
