Restaurant Manager Job Description

Fanzorelli's Restaurant & Wine Bar is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Monitor revenues, control labor costs, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and local advertising.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
