Senior Manager of Performance Marketing Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Performance Marketing Analytics to join our team at Aritzia. As a key member of our Data and Analytics department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Performance Marketing Analytics Squad
As the Senior Manager, you will lead the day-to-day function of the Performance Marketing Analytics squad, ensuring the team is aligned with corporate objectives and providing a high-quality employee experience.
Develop and Implement Performance Marketing StrategyYou will partner with Digital, Marketing, Technology, and other business leaders to build and manage a performance marketing analytics strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
Define Measurement StrategiesDevelop measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various performance marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Provide Data-Driven InsightsLeverage descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods to provide reliable insights that improve business performance and decision-making.
Communicate Insights EffectivelyVisualize and communicate analyses to the business, including building scalable and insightful reports and dashboards, enabling reliable self-service analytics, and synthesizing and presenting findings at all levels of the department.
Collaborate with StakeholdersCollaborate closely with stakeholders to translate data requirements into tactically and strategically sound data models and leverage various analytical methods to provide reliable insights.
Interpret and Analyze DataInterpret and analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks).
Requirements- Experience in Geo-Experimentation and Incrementality Testing
Candidates should have a strong background in designing and conducting geo-experiments to measure the impact of online advertising, including knowledge of matched market tests, holdout groups, and incrementality measurement techniques.
Operational Efficiency and Continuous GrowthCommitment to operational efficiency and the ability to identify and implement process and system improvements to drive team and business results. Passion for continuous learning and development, with a dedication to growing oneself and elevating analytics acumen amongst the team and stakeholders.
Data-Informed Decision MakingAbility to support and champion data-informed decisions within the eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams. Experience in leveraging descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods to provide reliable insights that improve business performance and decision-making.
Collaboration and LeadershipAbility to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners and effectively lead a team of Data Analysts. Experience mentoring team members and leading a community of practice for Data Analysts throughout the Data & Analytics department.
Background in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and eCommerceWhat We OfferAritzia offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 CAD per year, as well as opportunities for bonus and career growth.
