About the Role

Tiger Analytics is a leading advanced analytics consulting firm, trusted by Fortune 100 companies to drive business value from data. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analytics Manager or Associate Director of Data Science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics frameworks and solutions
  • Architect and implement data analytics frameworks to drive business insights
  • Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive models in production at an enterprise scale
  • Work with large data sets to identify business opportunities and drive growth
  • Communicate complex analytics insights to senior leadership teams
  • Manage and lead teams of business analysts to deliver data-driven solutions
Requirements
  • 12-14 years of professional experience in business data analytics
  • 8+ years of experience in a business analytics role
  • Experience in Retail or CPG domain required
  • Supply Chain background and experience in areas of Demand, Supply, Shipping, Inventory Planning, etc. highly desirable
  • Experience working with large data sets and analytics toolkit such as Python, SQL, Git, Power BI, PySpark, MS Azure services
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
