We are seeking a seasoned professional with a unique blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background. If you are passionate about solving complex business problems using data, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product management, and data science, to drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops to develop omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Provide consulting services to clients on roadmap development and project planning for marketing frameworks and data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee program management for the marketing analytics team, ensuring successful planning and implementation of various projects.
  • Report project status to senior leadership, clearly articulating challenges, roadblocks, and benefits.
  • Develop visually appealing presentations and deliver to executive leadership.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms, implement A/B testing, and generate insights for marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board.
  • Pharma and/or digital marketing background is preferred.
  • Consulting experience is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project or Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
