Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LOVELY PAO INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
Working Conditions:

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
