About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at La Cucina. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Chef Management
    • Supervise and mentor our culinary team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to help our chefs develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of food safety and quality.
    • Implement and maintain a food safety program that includes regular inspections and training for our staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
    • Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
