Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Chef Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively, and that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional dishes.
Inventory Management and ControlManage inventory levels and control costs to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money, while also maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all food safety protocols are followed at all times.
Team Leadership and CollaborationWork closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure that we are delivering exceptional dishes and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Certifications and LicensesA Safe Food Handling certificate and a Food Safety Certificate are required.
Personal QualitiesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
Working ConditionsThis is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
