Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at 1000508044 Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and daily service.
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring food meets quality standards and aligns with company goals.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cook Trade Certification and Safe Food Handling certificate.
