Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors provides administrative support to the Board of Directors and its committees. This role involves coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and its committees.
  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and processes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with board members and stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence and inquiries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • 8 years of related experience.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
