What is the opportunity?

As a key member of the Corporate Secretary's Department, this role provides high-level administrative support to the Chair of the Board, directors, and senior executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing Board and Committee matters, acting as a liaison between the Chair, Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chair of the Board, including calendar management, preparation of confidential materials, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage all requests to the Board Chair and directors for internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, and media interviews.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors activities, including scheduling onboarding sessions, recruitment interviews, and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics for in-person Board and Committee meetings, including IT support and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in administrative support
  • University degree or diploma in business or administrative studies
