Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide exceptional organizational and administrative support to the Chair of the Board, directors, and the Corporate Secretary's Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential and discreet administrative support to the Chair of the Board and directors
  • Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
