Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors will provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors and its committees. This role will be responsible for coordinating board meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records of board activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of board activities, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and its committees, as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and processes to support the Board of Directors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as administration or governance.
  • 8 years of experience in a related field, including experience in board governance and administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
