Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective people processes from recruiting to onboarding.

">

You will promote a positive and inclusive culture across our businesses by fostering strong relationships with our leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant leaders in BC and Ontario to ensure a seamless employee experience and efficient people processes.">
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives, including managing job postings, candidate screenings, interview schedules, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.">
  • Assist with Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) processes.">
  • Participate in developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary education in a relevant field and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a People and Culture-related role.

">

A certification in Professional Human Resources (CPHR) is an asset. Proficiency in Push Operations, BambooHR, and ADP is also desirable.

">

You should have strong experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $82,500 CAD per year, based on industry standards and the location of our operations.
