Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 3-4 people.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with products and services to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the establishment and attract new customers.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
