Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Management: Conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads while maintaining attention to detail.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and focus on meeting customer needs.
- Dependability: Be reliable and dependable in all aspects of the job.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Reliability: Be reliable and dependable in all aspects of the job.
