Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate with clients, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are available and that stock levels are optimal.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
Jessys Pizza is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a physically demanding role.
