Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Staff Supervision: Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and support to ensure that staff members are meeting their responsibilities.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
