Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability and maintain a competitive edge.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and build relationships.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
