Restaurant Operations Manager

Jessys Pizza is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
