Financial Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join our team at MA GENERAL CONSTRUCTION INC. This is a full-time position that will provide support to the accounting department in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
About the RoleThis role involves preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial software and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
- Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
