Administrative Coordinator

CANADA INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as electronic schedulers and Google Drive.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic schedulers.
