About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As an Omni-Channel Retail Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our constantly evolving business across our omni-channel store & eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and Prepare Online Orders: Ensure that online orders are picked from store shelves and prepared for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure that the store is well-organized and maintained, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Adapt to Changing Business Needs: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and other retail software.
