Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Moores. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience across multiple businesses, including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to build relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
