About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As an Omni-Channel Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our constantly evolving business across our omni-channel store & eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences across our brick & mortar stores and online platform.
  • Pick and prepare online orders for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Entry-level computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
