Senior Change Manager with Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions to Lead Transformation Initiatives for a Leading Insurance Company.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives for a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, change management, and organizational development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and recommend change strategies that foster awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of required changes.
  • Oversee the execution of change strategies and plans for transformation initiatives, collaborating with initiative owners/business leads and coordinating with various teams.
  • Engage in regular Enterprise Change Enablement Office meetings, bringing business unit insights, escalating issues, sharing lessons learned, and evaluating future improvements to enhance the organization-wide offering.
  • **Specific Responsibilities:**
  • Lead change management efforts for corporate restructuring and business integration.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years' experience working through strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on the impact to people, processes, technology, and organizational structure.
  • Expertise and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and organizational communication.
  • Demonstrated experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and business integration.
